We offer free delivery* in South Africa for any order above R500 and charge a R90 delivery fee for any order below that amount. *For Clearance Sales, Sitting Pretty will charge a standard fee of R90 for shipping which will be added to your order.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
South AfricaWe will deliver within 2 to 7 days after receiving payment depending on your location. A day refers to a working day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.
The following delivery times are given as indication and depend on the day and time of your order, as well as our carrier partner.
For each order placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 4pm, your order is shipped the next working day.
InternationallyDelivery is usually expected between 7 to 21 working days. Orders will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you on the day of postage. If you wish to track an item it can take up to 4 working days.
Customs and import duties are calculated by the receiving country and are therefor the buyers responsibility.
Please note that during special operations or sales, a 72H delay for order treatment need to be added to shipping for all orders.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA?Yes we do via Registered Mail. A shipping amount will be calculated on checkout and added to you basket. We will also provide you with a tracking number once we've posted your parcel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES ?For all orders placed on the website, you will receive an email reminding you of the delivery address and the contact number you supplied.
If you are out when the delivery arrives, the carrier in charge of the shipping will call you on the number you provided on your order form to arrange another delivery time.
CAN I CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS / THE CONTENTS OF THE DELIVERY?Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any changes.
This is because, to guarantee you the shortest delivery times, we prepare and dispatch your order within hours of you confirming your basket.
However, it is possible to amend your default address for your future orders within the ‘my details’ section in your customer area.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE DELIVERY IS VERY LATEThe Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not be delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Sitting Pretty terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to Sitting Pretty in its/their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by via the our customer care service by either calling +27 or emailing customercare@@sittingpretty.co.za. Sitting Pretty will then refund you.

HOW DO I USE THE GIFT CARD ON MY PURCHASE?Once we've received the payment for the Gift Card you purchased, an email will be sent to you with the gift card voucher number. Simply enter the code emailed to you during Checkout into the block provided and select 'Apply Coupon'.
HOW LONG IS THE GIFT CARD VALID?Our Gift Cards don't have an expiry date.
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO THE GIFT CARD?Unfortunately you can't add a personal message yet. We are working on this feature.
HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?Simply select any of the given amounts for your Gift Card and add to your cart just like you would do with any other product. Check Out and make the payment. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We have a couple of payment options available when you check out. You can use our Payfast or Paygate interface to pay with your credit/debit card, Paypal or SID for instant EFT payments. Paygate also has the option to pay with Paypal if you do not reside in South-Africa.

Once you have selected EFT as your payment option at the checkout click "order and pay now". The next page will have all our bank details for you to make the payment. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Send proof of payment to email@example.com. We can only accept official bank generated PDF proof of payment. Unfortunately copied text will not be accepted. Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds have cleared in our account. Please note that depending on the bank, this can take up to 3 working days.
Unfortunately, payments by postal order, cheque, or administrative payment order are not accepted.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY ONLY WHEN COLLECTING OR ON DELIVERY?Unfortunately not. All orders must be placed and paid for online before an order can be processed.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?Yes, payment is 100% secure. Transactions carried out on www.sittingpretty.co.za are secured by our partnerS, PayFast, PayGate and Snapscan payment system.
Our partners use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption, the highest, level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is also in place for all credit card transactions.

WILL MY CARD DETAILS BE RETAINED ?Absolutely no card details are stored on our website. Your card details are entered directly onto the secure server hosted by our technical and financial partners, PayFast and Paygate.
HOW DO I GET AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your invoice. You can also access your invoice from your Account Dashboard. Click on the relevant order and look below the list of items included in the order for the "Print Invoice" link.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an email to confirm that your payment has been processed and that all is in order.
I LOST CONNECTION WHILE TRYING TO PAY AND I’M NOT SURE IF MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?If your payment was successful, you will receive and email confirming your payment.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?We collect a certain amount of information that is required for processing orders. All these details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and will never be disclosed to any third parties.
You can always modify your personal data by connecting to your account page on our website using your email address and password.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUTIf an item is sold out, depending on the success of a style, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. You can also subscribe to a waiting list for the style/product and an email will be sent to you as soon as its back in stock. Subscribe to our facebook page or to our twitter account to find out or send an email to our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are not able to restock, the item will be removed from the website. You can also contact a stockist near you to check if they sell the item you are looking for. IS THERE A SIZE GUIDE?
DO THE PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE VAT?Yes, the item prices include VAT.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Counting from the date your order was delivered to you, you have 14 (fourteen) working days in which to return the products ordered.
Returns can only be made by adhering strictly to the procedure below.
- You must complete fully the Return Form that you will find on our website here.
- Once arranged, we will provide you with the waybill details the courier will give you. All details must be entered exactly as indicated and if any has been entered wrong you will be held liable for the courier fees.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged.
- If the above conditions are met, once the return has been approved, the total amount of the items returned, including VAT, will be refunded or, if you wish so, an exchange product will be sent to you, depending on availability.
- An exchange can only be considered if it is an identical item in a different size, an identical item without any eventual defects or an item at the exact same retail price.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is in stock, it will be sent to you free of charge within a maximum of 15 days.
- In case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid on your bank account within a maximum of 30 days. You will be refunded using the exact same bank account details provided used for your payment. Cash refunds are not possible.
- Sitting Pretty reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items, which aren’t in the same condition in which they were received.

MY ITEM HAS A FAULTSitting Pretty pays particular attention to the quality of its products. However, should you find any fault despite all the quality checks carried out, please inform us of this problem so that we can send you a replacement or a refund. Please follow the returns procedure and state the reason for returning. If we accept the fault, you have the choice of exchanging your item (subject to availability) or taking a refund.
